I keep returning to this hotel because the staff helped with my evening plans on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, off-site parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. It also has a spa, restaurant, and a welcome drink. Perfect for me, and I'm coming back for New Year.

The service was absolutely attentive. Booked a room with a comfy bed. The breakfast was awesome, there was a great selection of food to chose from.

The location was fantastic, right near the Cham Museum and other attractions, and everything was within easy walking distance; the rooms were spacious with a bar and a wonderful view.

The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food, my room had a balcony, and the hotel's location near Song Han Bridge was convenient and nice.

I chose Hometown Danang Riverside Hotel & Spa for its convenient location near my desired landmark. But I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's safe and convenient parking area. It made exploring the area much easier, knowing my car was secure.

I loved it! A rooftop terrace for sunbathing and a full-service spa to pamper myself. Who needs to go out when everything is right here? Oh, did I mention the free Wi-Fi?

Walking across the bridge to find restaurants and markets was such a delightful adventure! So glad I had the chance to stretch my legs.

The breakfast buffet had a decent selection and the coffee was better than expected. the location was convenient for my business meetings and easy to navigate around the area. the view of the river from my room was stunning, and it was nice to relax on the balcony after a long day.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, with dirty sheets and towels not being replaced despite multiple requests. the staff seemed apologetic but didn't do anything to rectify the situation.

The room was not well-maintained with stains on the walls, holes in the walls, and a faulty blending valve in the shower resulting in only warm water. The staff provided misinformation about the rental of a motorbike, causing confusion and frustration.
